Spicy Chicken Wings

Crispy, spicy chicken wings perfect for game day or as a savory snack.

  • 1 kg Chicken wings
    raw
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
    liquid
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
    powdered
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
    powdered
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
    powdered
  • 1 tsp Paprika
    powdered
  • to taste Salt
    granulated
  • to taste Black pepper
    ground
  • 1/4 cup Hot sauce
    liquid

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes until crispy and golden.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat the hot sauce until warm.
  6. Toss the baked wings in the hot sauce and serve immediately.
